We guarantee a peace of mind 90 day doctor prescription change, or non adapt warranty. This is available for prescription lenses replacement at no charge to replace your lenses!

Optical Image's frame collections are constructed to the highest quality standards - however, if there is a manufatucterer defect within the first year, it will be replaced. Manufacture lenses not included in warranty.

One replacement warranty on all premium prescription lenses, with some limitations of 90 days to 365 days. Other fees may apply, such as: Edging & Mounting, Custom Rimless, Shipping fees etc.
